Аннотация: <jats:p>A device for lining a tubular rotary kiln for calcining petroleum coke used in the production of anode mass in aluminum production is described. The role of the furnace lining in the formation of the calcination zone during the technological process is considered. By means of thermal imaging examination of the temperature sПоказать полностьюtate of the furnace body, the possibility of controlling the location and stabilization of the calcination zone, eliminating possible destruction of lining elements under the influence of high temperature of the furnace environment and body vibration was revealed. It is shown that as a result of temperature control and vibration diagnostics, it is possible to quickly determine defects in bearing units of support stations and correct the technological process, as well as carry out timely repairs of the furnace lining to eliminate emergency situations.
