Аннотация: В статье рассматривается возможность использования в образовательном процессе студентов вуза физической культуры внушения как физиологической доминанты в нервных центрах головного мозга методом суггестии в сочетании с музыкальным сопровождением и использованием хронобиологического подхода. Экспериментально установлено достоверное уПоказать полностьювеличение изучаемых показателей гипоксической устойчивости и мышечной силы кисти после внушения. It can be safely argued that for many decades’ pedagogical methods of education, accomplishment and mentoring of an outstanding Russian pedagogue K.D. Ushinsky is highly eff ective and relevant. In terms of modern pedagogical science, in particular the theory and practice of physical culture, physiological mechanisms for the implementation of methods A.A. Ukhtomsky in higher education remains understudied. First of all, this provision applies to training of professionals in the fi eld of physical education who after graduation universities will carry out not only pedagogical activities, but also training of athletes in various sports, using as control morphofunctional state various biomedical technologies. The authors considered the pedagogical experience of K.D. Ushinsky from the position of physiological justifi cation of the dominant A.A. Ukhtomsky, as one of poorly studied areas that improve the quality of student preparation by the method suggestion in the pedagogical process using a chronobiological approach. Positive eff ect of suggestion dominant on hypoxic Strange’s test and The Gencha trial, hand dynamometry. The aims of the study. Assessment the possibility of using the physiological dominant A.A. Ukhtomsky in the process teaching students of a physical education university, using suggestion. Organization and methods. 22 university students participated in the project. During the week, from the point of view chronobiology, 86 measurements of hypoxic tests and carpal dynamometry were carried out in a state of physiological rest and after suggestion. Results. A reliable increase in the studied indices of hypoxic resistance and hand muscle strength after suggestion was experimentally established.
