Аннотация: В статье исследуются принципы организации с молодежью коренных народов Севера, характерные для раннего советского периода начала 1920-х гг. на материале анализа содержания и структуры газеты «Молодежь Севера», которая вначале издавалась как «газета в газете», «Страничка» внутри газеты «Автономная Якутия». Первый номер газеты «МолодПоказать полностьюежь Севера», изданный на русском языке, был включен в состав № 99 от 13 мая 1923 г. газеты «Автономная Якутия» как печатный орган Якутского областного комитета коммунистического союза молодежи. Редактором этого выпуска была А. Харитонова. Исследование структуры и содержания публикаций 1 выпуска газеты «Молодежь Севера» показывает, что в мае 1923 г. работа с молодежью коренных народов Севера проводилась в общем ракурсе с представителями молодежи других народов, проживающих в это время в Якутской области, акцента на национальной принадлежности молодежи не делается. Основным видом молодежной политики, информационный образ которой создан в 1 выпуске газеты «Молодежь Севера», выступает организация местных отделений Российского коммунистического союза молодежи под общим руководством Якутского областного комитета КСМ. При этом редакция газеты берет на себя функции не только печатного медиатора между изданием и местными отделениями КСМ, но и функции создания новых корреспондентов через деятельное соучастие и обучение авторов навыкам написания заметок и статей. Таким образом, в 1923 г. одно из направлений молодежной политики в Якутской АССР связано с организацией деятельности местных отделений РКСМ и внедрением политпросветительской работы через издательскую деятельность газеты «Молодежь Севера». The article explores the principles of organization with the youth of the indigenous peoples of the North, characteristic of the early Soviet period of the early 1920s. on the material of the analysis of the content and structure of the newspaper "Youth of the North", which was initially published as "newspaper in the newspaper", "Page" within the newspaper "Autonomous Yakutia" The rst issue of the newspaper "Youth of the North", published in Russian, was included in the composition No 99 of May 13, 1923. newspaper "Autonomous Yakutia" as a printed organ of the Yakutsk Regional Committee of the Communist Union of Youth. The editor of this issue was A. Kharitonova. The study of the structure and content of the publications of the 1st issue of the newspaper "Youth of the North" shows that in May 1923. work with the youth of the indigenous peoples of the North was carried out in a common perspective with representatives of the youth of other people’s living at that time in the Yakutsk region, the emphasis on the national af liation of the youth is not made. The main form of youth policy, the information image of which is created in the rst issue of the newspaper "Youth of the North", is the organization of local branches of the Russian Communist Union of Youth under the general leadership of the Yakutsk Regional Committee of the KSM. At the same time, the editorial o ce of the newspaper assumes the function not only of the print mediator between the publication and the local branches of the KSM, but also the function of creating new correspondents through active participation and training of authors in the skills of writing notes and articles. Thus, in one of the directions of youth policy in the Yakut ASSR is connected with the organization of activities of local branches of the RKSM and the implementation of political educational work through the publishing activity of the newspaper "Youth of the North".
