Аннотация: The article shows the influence of the complex composition of the aluminum alloy of the Al-REM-Zr system. As well as rational parameters of combined processing by the methods of ingotless rolling-extrusion (IRE), step annealing and drawing for the manufacture of conductive wire with an improved combination of heat resistance, strenПоказать полностьюgth, ductility and electrical conductivity. By computer modeling of the new IRE process for rods in the Deform 3D program, stresses, temperatures, strain rates, deformations and features of metal forming were determined when combining the crystallization and IRE in one cycle. The phase composition, microstructure and properties of a pilot batch of wire from the experimental Al-0.8(Ce, La)-0.2Zr-0.2Fe alloy after combined thermal-deformation treatment were investigated. Rational technological parameters of the IRE, drawing and step annealing for the production of heat-resistant wire with an ultimate tensile strength of 180 MPa, elongation to failure of 3%, and electrical resistance of 0.02936 Ω‧mm/m2 have been determined.
